We want you to be completely satisfied with your Adrianna Papell purchase, which is why we offer returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn garments in the original packaging with all tags intact and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
